Trilix

Trilix is a custom office build-out for an integrated marketing firm in downtown Des Moines, designed in partnership with Slingshot Architecture to create a highly functional and creative workspace for a team of nearly 40 professionals. Standout features include a fabricated metal stair tower that opens the upper floor to the main level, premium finishes, and an advanced HVAC configuration—all delivered on an accelerated construction schedule.
