We help owners and design teams make better decisions before they become expensive to change. Early planning includes scope review, budget testing, schedule strategy, procurement review, constructability input, and coordination with permitting or jurisdictional requirements.

Price Honestly
Accurate pricing requires more than filling in a spreadsheet. We identify assumptions, gaps, alternates, exclusions, scope concerns, market conditions, and risk items so owners understand what is included, what is not included, and where decisions may affect the budget.

Construction requires constant coordination between owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field staff. Nelson keeps communication organized so decisions are tracked, responsibilities are clear, and work keeps moving forward.
