Before the build

Preconstruction

General Contracting

Design-Build / Design-Assist

Renovation & Adaptive Reuse

Closeout & Turnover

Nelson manages punchlist, closeout documentation, attic stock, warranties, owner training, operations manuals, as-builts, and final turnover with the same discipline used during construction.
