The Depot

The Depot is a four-story Class A office building in West Des Moines’ Jordan Creek corridor, constructed with granite, brick, and steel and featuring large perimeter windows and ten-foot ceilings that create an open, light-filled work environment. The development draws on the architectural language of early 1900s depot design—including arched windows and expressed structural elements—making it one of the most distinctive office buildings in the corridor.
